Account & Data Deletion

Delete data stored on your phone

Most information in our apps, such as pet profiles, training progress, reminders and photos, is stored only on your phone. You can delete it yourself at any time:

• Use the delete or reset option inside the app, where one is available, or
• Go to Settings > Apps, choose the app, then tap Storage > Clear storage, or
• Uninstall the app.

Request deletion of your account and data

If an app has an account, or you have sent us information (for example, in a support email), you can ask us to delete it:

1. Email android@dogtrain.store with the subject “Delete my data”. If possible, send it from the email address linked to your account.
2. Tell us the app name and the email address or username on your account, if the app has one.
3. We will confirm that we have received your request, and we may ask you to verify that the account is yours.
4. We will delete your account and the personal data linked to it within 30 days, and email you to confirm when it is done.

What we delete

• Your account and profile details
• Content you have sent to us or stored with us through an app
• Support emails and other messages linked to you

What we may keep, and for how long

• Purchase records, such as order numbers and purchase dates, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• A record of your deletion request, so we can show that we completed it.
• Information needed for security or fraud prevention, or to meet a legal obligation, only for as long as that purpose requires.

Any remaining copies in our backups are removed as those backups are routinely replaced.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your Google Play subscriptions so you are not charged again.
